Buyers will automatically pull your house from their consideration if it’s priced too high for their budget. Typically, if you debut your house on the market and it’s overpriced, it will sit for longer, and end up selling for a lower price than your agent initially recommended. If your home is priced right, it will sell quickly and you get to move on to your next chapter!
